Preventative Maintenance Programme - only HK$500 p.m.

A bi-monthly preventative maintenance visit would take approx 3hrs and would involve the following checklist:-

  1. Engine Check and Run
  2. Battery Check
  3. Bilge Pumps
  4. Sea-Cocks
  5. Air-con Units
  6. Hot-water system
  7. Toilets
  8. Bilge and Holding Tanks
  9. Drains
  10. Windows
  11. Decks and Deck Fittings
  12. Mooring Ropes and Fittings

Check Oil, Diesel tanks, filters and gearbox forward and reverse.
Check condition and charge if necessary.
Check, Clean and Run all bilge pumps - ensure auto operation.
Check operation and condition of all sea-cocks.
Check and clean filters and water cooling system including filters.
Check fittings for pressure, corrosion and blockage.
Check all pump operation and identify any blockaging.
Check fittings and function.
Check all drains for blockage, and soundness.
Check all windows for proper closing and sealing.
Check for soundness and fitness for function.
Check condition and set up.
